Starcraft II Custom Map Takes Combat To The Edges Of Space
We all consider Starcraft II to be a space sci-fi strategy game, although little to none of the game actually takes place in space.
That is about to change thanks to one Starcraft II player who set his sights on the edges of the universe.
Youtube user TotalBiscuit shows us an overview of the new map and game mode, entitled “Star Battle.” In this new mod players will face off in a 6v6 DOTA-esque battle, where you control starships and space fleets instead of fantasy creatures.
The new mod has been a huge hit on the European servers of Battle.net and it is now available on the US servers as well. Just log in to your Battle.net accound from Starcraft II, select custom game, then Star Battle from the list.
