Bungie’s Next Game Is Revealed By Reports (Rumor)

A lot of us wondered what Bungie would do after the Halo franchise took its final bow, and now some light has been shed on the subject.

According to a report from Kotaku, Bungie’s next creation will be “Destiny,” an MMOFPS. The game will be set in outer space, giving a sort of Mass Effect feel, while it is essentially “WoW in space.”

Now while this is a rumor, it’s still pretty exciting. Kotaku’s “source” for the report was a “recently terminated contractor,” so we can’t really say whether to believe this or not.

Though a poster on Bungie’s forums discredited this rumor, the details that Bungie gave out when last asked about their new project stick in our heads.

“Wouldn’t it be great if we could make a world that was always there for you?”

What do you think?
