So Guinness decided to ask gamers to vote for the top 50 video game characters of all time, and they did. The list is pretty extensive, and contains characters from all kinds of games.
Over 13,000 gamers voted at the Guinness Book of World Records Gamer’s website, thus creating this list you see below. As can be expected, Link, Mario, and Master Chief top the rankings, with some not-so-famous characters being strewn in among the top performers.
After reading through this list, there are some characters on the list that I feel shouldn’t be there – like Naruto. I mean he’s cool and all, but top video game character of all time material? No. Check out the list below.
