The Legend of Zelda Controller We Will Never Get To Use
Nubytech created a controller for the Gamecube (and Wii) for use with the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess which looks seriously amazing, but we will never get to play with it. The controller never made it past its prototype stage, and we are now seeing images of is in all its glory.
Nubytech is also the company responsible for the Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw controller that we saw a while ago.
Looking at prototype shots the controller had a leather brace and buckle, complete with a Hylian shield in the center, all with Twilight Princess art to complete the piece.
It is really sad to see that the controller never made it to the market, because it looks really cool. The box art is a bit odd, but it still looks solid. A book that opens to reveal the controller? Priceless. I would buy it.
