This Pokefan Went Way Too Pokefar

I am all for fan art. I myself have created fan art in many different forms. I even have video game tattoos myself, but this guy? Wow.

He has had his arm modified. By cutting open the skin by his elbow he has allowed for the placement of implants into his skin to make the six pokeballs he has tattooed appear to press out of the skin. The process is called “subdermal implants.”

I love fan art, like I said, by why would you?
