DrunkNES – The Retro Party Game

Inebriation and video games don’t traditionally go hand in hand but, thanks to Batsly Adams, now it does. With his new NES game, “DrunkNES,” you earn a score based on your, well, drunkenness. By configuring an alcohol sensor, or “breathalyzer,” into an old NES game cartridge and programming a game around it, you can now score points via your alcohol level. Along with an original soundtrack and artwork animations, it’s not a hastily put together project but, a rather well done 21+ game. Some may say it isn’t the greatest idea ever but, it’s definitely original. Be sure to check out the video of the game in action below, and read more on the Batsly Adams home page here.
