Dark Souls Collector’s Edition Is A Bonus If You Pre-Order

Yesterday we posted a brand new trailer for the adventure-RPG, Dark Souls, coming to us courtesy of From Software. Now we have a special treat for those fans anxiously awaiting the game’s release this October. For each gamer who gets their pre-order on with the game, they will be awarded with the Collector’s Edition version of the game for free – meaning that they will get a collector’s bonus package title for the price of the standard edition of the game.

The Collector’s Edition will come with a special metal case for the game and it will include a miniature art book, miniature strategy guide (which I am sure will come in handy), a behind-the-scenes compilation, and a voucher for a digital download of the game’s official soundtrack.

I love it when publishers offer this kind of bonus for fans. It really shows that they care about their fan base. Dark Souls will be available this fall for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. I think I will pre-order a copy of this myself. Won’t you?
