Three New Fallout: New Vegas DLC Packs Will Arrive This Summer

According to Bethesda Softworks, three new DLC packs for Fallout: New Vegas will grace our presence this coming summer. Players will be looking at “Old World Blues,” “Lonesome Road,” and “Honest Hearts” which are coming for the game on all platforms – PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. All three packs will offer about 25.30 additional play hours in original campaign time for the game.

Honest Hearts is the first DLC up for grabs, releasing on May 17th. It will take players to Utah’s Zion National park where their caravan gets overrun by a nomadic raiding group. While trying to find your way back through the Mojave Desert, you’ll come in between a tribal conflict against the Burned Man and the New Canaanites.

Old World Blues releases in June. In this pack players find themselves as a lab rat that is taking part in a sadistic scientific experiment. You’ll get to learn about some of the Mojave’s mutated monstrosities, all while trying to survive long enough to make it out to freedom. The DLC pack takes place in the Pre-War research centers of the Big Empty while you are searching for new technology to punish your captors.

Lonesome Road becomes available in July. This download pack will being the courier’s story to a climactic end when you are contacted by Ulysses, the original Courier Six who couldn’t deliver the Platinum Chip at the start of the game. Lonesome Road will take you into the deepest canyons of the Divide, which is a place that no one has returned from.

These DLC packs will be a bit different than Dead Money, as they will all release on every platform simultaneously. Players will be looking at 800 Microsoft Points/$9.99 each per pack.

How can Honest Hearts be the first available DLC pack, if the others are released in June and July?
