‘GoldenEye Reloaded’ Has Registered Domain Names
Superannuation’s team has been hard at work, sleuthing around on the net for gold. I think they’ve found it, too. According to their site, Activision has registered several domain names for something entitled “GoldenEye Reloaded.” I’ll admit it, I am a bit excited.
This could suggest a brand new world of possibilities for the beloved shooter franchise. A lot of players weren’t too impressed with the recent Wii port of GoldenEye, and maybe this is a way to redeem the game that millions love?
Activision was asked about the possibility of seeing a GoldenEye title on the Xbox 360 or the PS3, and Julian Widdows responded with, “Who knows? Things happen, don’t they, with big publishers? But for the time being it’s all about the Wii, and that’s really how we hope people will go and experience it, because that’s how it’s been built. It’s not been built for the PS3 and Xbox 360, it’s been built for this.” Could this be what he was talking about? Looks like we’ll have to wait and see.
