Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition Announced [E3 2011]

For the major fans of Mass Effect 3 out there, we’ve got some news for you. BioWare and EA just announced a new collector’s edition for Mass Effect 3 which they call the “N7 Edition.”

The new edition will include the game, of course, which comes in a special art-styled case, a hardcover art book, a comic book, a lithograph of the Normandy, an N7 patch, a digital copy of the game’s soundtrack, a Normandy prop for your avatar (360 version only), and a ton of in-game content such as new costumes, weapons, and a robot dog companion. These digital items cannot be obtained anywhere else, of course.

The N7 Edition will cost players $80, which is only $20 more than the standard game. This will follow in the line of awesome collector’s editions that offer a lot more swag for only a little more price. With Mass Effect 3 having confirmed Kinect integration, this will undoubtedly be one of the biggest titles of the year.
