Minecraft Adventure Update Will Be Playable At PAX

According to Notch himself via his Twitter account, the Minecraft Adventure update will be available for play at PAX Prime this year. The con’s attendees will be able to get hands-on with the new update, which includes over 40 new features. Some of these new features include NPC villages, additional means to farm, and randomly-generated dungeons. Up until this time, the update has been mostly under wraps.

The event is already sold out, and takes place in late-August. For those who have yet to snag tickets, we are sorry. We imagine that the line for Mojang’s booth will be out the door, and possibly into the next state. This means you better get there fast, and get ready to camp.

I am excited about the update, as are thousands of other Minecraft players out there. This update could be the one defining feature that sends the game over the top and into the high charts of gaming glory. Wait, who am I kidding? Minecraft is already there!
