Crimson Alliance is a new action RPG for Xbox Live Arcade, and we’ve finally gotten a hold of some new screens for you all to check out. It looks great, and the screens don’t lie.
In Crimson Alliance, players will choose between three classes and battle against the sinister Cult of the Soul Siren, with up to three friends on a single console or via Xbox Live. The world of Crimson features labyrinthine crypts, ruined cities, deadly traps and hidden treasures, populated by elite mini-bosses and the devious minions they control. Each of the three main characters has their own motivations, revealed in a story-driven cooperative campaign of betrayal, foul magic and ancient secrets.
With four-player co-op, Crimson Alliance promises to be a great game that gets friends in on the action. From what we can see in the screens, it looks to be somewhat of a cell-shaded title, though it doesn’t seem to bee too cartoony, which can sometimes fend players away from the game. Honestly it reminds me of Team Fortress 2, only as an RPG. Players will be able to pick up Crimson Alliance on Xbox Live Arcade when it hits this September.
