Resident Evil 4 and Code Veronica X HD Now Have A U.S. Release Date

Straight from Comic-Con came some great news for Resident Evil fans and zombie enthusiasts alike when Capcom took the stage. The company has announced the release date for both Resident Evil 4 HD and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X. RE4 will be available on September 20th, with Coder Veronica X arriving a week later on the 27th.

Both of these dates are just a few weeks out from the Japanese release date, which includes their far-superior version of the games. If you don’t already know, the Japanese version will come with a boxed set that includes every Resident Evil title up until Resident Evil 4, save for the Survivor title. As a RE fan I am extremely jealous, but having these two titles remastered will be a great addition to the collection.

Each title can be picked up at your local game store, or downloaded from the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Games On Demand. Personally, I would rather have a boxed version of these titles, which I will more than likely pick up for the PS3. What system do you plan to pick up these games on?
