Youtube user rocketrascal34 has just uploaded a video that gives the details on just such an occasion. According to him, a gamer was seeking some help through Valve’s ThinkWithPortals.com for a secret project. After applying, he found out that the project was to create a custom map to serve as a proposal for marriage.
