Winter Wonder LAN – IU Gaming’s Winter LAN Event

As many of you know, a couple of times per year the Indiana University Gamers Group hosts a LAN event where PC gamers can come together and connect, meet each other, and win some excellent swag through gaming tournaments. This year is no different, and we’ve been lucky enough to get asked to attend the IU Gaming winter LAN, which has been so duly named the Winter Wonder LAN.

Starting on December 3rd and running for a full 24 hours, the Winter Wonder LAN will kick off with a huge bang. This will be a somewhat scaled down event, which is why it’s not being considered a LAN War, like the others. Make no mistake, however, this event will still have everything that attendees and players always expect with the group’s activities.

There will be tournaments for the faves – League of Legends, Team Fortress 2, Starcraft II, Counter Strike: Source, and much more. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the IU Gaming website, and they’re going fast. If you’re in the area, be sure to snag a ticket and come join us. We’re stoked to be able to attend such an event, and we know it’s going to be exciting as always. It’s a great place to game and win some amazing prizes. We’ll be covering the event as it happens, so keep an eye out here for more information. Until then, go get your ticket!
