Afterfall: InSanity Available Now

After many months of had work and determination, Nicholas Games has finally announced that their horrific title, Afterfall: InSanity, is now available. Players can pick up the game on GamersGate for $34.90. All it takes is a download and you’re in for one insane ride.

Afterfall: InSanity is a third person perspective shooter built with Unreal 3 Engine technology where players will face horrible mutants, bloodthirsty mercenaries and other threats in the fight for human existence. The game takes place in the Afterfall universe, an alternate version of history since the Second World War. The “InSane” part refers to the shocking events that occur in the year 2032. The game tells the hair-raising tale of Albert Tokaj, a psychiatrist trying to uncover who is responsible for the horrible Confinement Syndrome. The story is told with unrivaled intensity. The intricate plot, propelled by unpredictable events, story twists and narrative nuances, are coupled with breathtaking graphics. Thanks to the Unreal technology, Afterfall: InSanity is full of stunning effects and skillfully crafted levels, further creating a dark and coherent atmosphere.

A while back the developer started a fund to attempt to raise money for a charity, and had the game available for pre-order at the price of one crisp dollar. If enough pre-orders were put down then those who participated would pick up the full game for just the buck they offered. Unfortunately not enough pre-orders were taken, and the game is now available at its full cost. Still, this is a great looking game and it’s finally available to scare the living crap out of you. Get out there and grab it.
