With the Mass Effect trilogy wrapping up soon, the third installment is bound to be one of the hottest-selling games of the year. As such, it’s no surprise that retailers are going to be offering special pre-order bonuses. However, it’s looking as though none will be able to top buying it direct from EA.
If you head over to the Origin website, you’ll be able to pre-order the game for any platform, with your choice of digital download or retail packaging, should you get the PC version. You’ll also be get thing the M55 Argus Assault Rifle and Origin Exclusive AT12 Raider Shotgun. Guns are nice, but the real news is that EA is going to give you a free copy of Battlefield 3 for pre-ordering.
Before you get too excited, you won’t be getting the game immediately, and it will be the PC version. As stated on the site “Instructions on how to redeem your bonus PC Digital Download copy of Battlefield 3™ will be sent to you via email when Mass Effect™ 3 is released.” This will give you something else to play once you’ve completed ME3. This offer expires on March 5th, so if you’re going to do this, make sure that you don’t miss the deadline.
