Guncraft – Where Minecraft And Guns Collide
Have you ever been playing through Minecraft and thought, “Man, I just wanna shoot something!” Well, now you can with Exato Games’ Guncraft. The game can be described in two ways: it’s either Minecraft with guns or Call of Duty with cubes. Either way it’s pretty awesome.
Exato Games has been working on this little gem for a little while now, and so far it looks pretty fun. The main concept of the game is that every aspect of the environment can be destroyed. Exato speaks about the game on their Kickstarter page, “Voxel engines allow us complete and total environment destruction.” In order to help get the game off the ground, Exato is asking to raise $16,000 in donations.
Guncraft is setting up for a PC beta this coming March, and it’s set to launch fully in June. Eventually, the developer wants to launch the game on Xbox Live as well.
