Leviathan DLC (Almost) Confirmed For Mass Effect 3 By Voice Actor [Spoilers] [Rumor]

Oh the galaxy of Mass Effect, how I love you! All the way back in the first game, there were rumors of the “Leviathan of Dis”, a giant genetically engineered living starship discovered by the batarians. Once you completed the game, it became apparent that the Leviathan of Dis was actually a Reaper, an ancient race of synthetic beings that were responsible for the deaths of thousands or even millions of races and civilizations over the past billion years or so.

But why was the Leviathan of Dis buried on a planet, unlike the rest of its race? Well, we’ll find out soon enough the whole story, as news of the Leviathan DLC was leaked by the Leviathan’s voice actor, Anthony Skordi. He didn’t  have too many details to divulge, but he did say that this Reaper is actually a traitor, having killed one of his own kind many, many years ago.

Now, the Leviathan DLC has not been officially announced yet. However, it’s looking like the news of the DLC will be announced at the company’s San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday. Hopefully they’ll have a trailer or stills up for it!
