Everyone’s been waiting anxiously for a summer sale from Steam. Rumors pointed to today as being the date that it began. We won’t know for sure until later tonight. However, Valve isn’t the only company around that sells games online, and another retailer has decided that it’s high time for a winter sale.
If you’re confused by the premise of a winter sale happening right now, then you’re probably not living in the southern hemisphere, where is is indeed winter. Green Man Gaming has officially announced their Winter Sale, where they are slashing prices on tons of games, and giving some away for free.
The first game you’re going to get for free is Hacker Evolution Untold. The game usually fetches $10, but for a very limited time, you’ll be able to grab it for free. What’s more, when you get it, you’ll also receive a voucher for an additional 20% off any game in the store. When combined with the sale prices, you’ll be able to land something for super cheap.
