It has only been about a week and a half since Steam Greenlight came out of beta. For those of you who don’t know what this is, it basically lets you vote on indie games you would like to see on Steam. If a game gets enough votes, it makes the cut.
There were well over 700 submissions total. While this was mainly because of fake entries, or people not fully understanding what Greenlight is, it was all paired down to just ten as of yesterday. The list is as follows:
These games will be moved to their own “Greenlit” section on Steam. They will stay there until the game goes live as either something you can purchase or download for free. Some of these games might not be ready for a few months as they are still in the development stage, and others will be ready immediately. While we don’t know when another round of voting will be, you can be sure it is definitely going to happen again.
