Minecraft’s Xbox 360 Version Receives Adventure Update

Minecraft has had a long run since its first beta when people were allowed to purchase it and watch it grow. The game has become, and still continues to be, an Indie gaming phenomenon. The game still receives updates, and the PC version has seen more mods and texture packs than we can handle. Speaking of updates by the way, a brand new patch has hit the Xbox 360 version of the game and it finally brings with it the Adventure Update many have been waiting for.

This add-on changes the way players interact with the game in a number of ways. Creative Mode is added for all of the players that want to build to their heart’s content and look back at their masterpiece without any worry of destruction or death. New elements arrive in Survival as well, such as the leveling system and the need to stay fed.

The update is live right now, and once you’ve installed it you’ll get a popup the next time you run the game. It’ll note some of the new features for you so you’re not completely in the dark with the game. You’ll learn about sprinting, the leveling system, new biomes, new mobs, and much more. These new additions don’t change how the game works; it only offers players many more elements to use throughout their world. Make sure you download the update and get back to building.
