Skyrim Premium Edition Spotted By Amazon

Just in case you’ve not yet been sucked into the magical greatness that is Skyrim, there’s some good news on the horizon. Internet distribution giant Amazon has yet again shed some early light on a product that’s to come for us gamers, and it’s quite a big one. Introducing Skyrim Premium Edition, a brand new bundle of awesome that’s coming out in December. Right now it’s listed on Amazon Germany as releasing on December 6th, but Bethesda has noted that it will be available in other countries as well.

The Premium Edition includes a map of the in-game world, a novel in the Elder Scrolls universe called Hell City, a shirt with the Empire emblem, the game, and six concept art postcards. The PC version of the game includes digital items like a wallpaper, trailers, walkthroughs, 5 songs from the soundtrack, and a 600-page ebook. That’s a whole lot of Skyrim for you to lust over.

Nothing in the listing on Amazon suggests any DLC being included with the bundle, but according to Bethesda more information on the Premium Edition will be coming son. Of course it’s to assume that the lack of any DLC mentioned in the listing is due to the issues Bethesda is having with the content working on the PS3, but that’s speculation, even if it makes a lot of sense. Either way, you can get your epic fanboyness on with this new edition of the gigantic RPG.
