The Next Mass Effect 3 DLC Will Make You Cry

According to BioWare, the next piece of DLC for Mass Effect 3 has a “high potential for tears.” The first details for the content have just been released online through a post on the official BioWare forums. Stay calm, though, because we don’t have any information as thick as a release date at this time.

In the post Jos Hendricks explains that a full team of eight writers are currently working on the content’s script. The post reads, “It’s all hands on deck for this one. Pretty much every ME3 DLC writer here in Edmonton is involved.” This would be an appropriate time to say that the plot most certainly thickens.

This was confirmed via Twitter as well by Sam Hulick. In a tweet he claimed, “What I’m up to lately: working on an unannounced Mass Effect 3 DLC! More details on this coming later on.” You’ve got to love social media. Hulick is no rookie when it comes to the Mass Effect series as he’s worked on both the first and second games. He continues to comment on the project by saying, “Tossing in piano and muted strings for this one particular piece. High potential for tears.”

The final word received for this upcoming piece of content is that some of our favorite voice actors will be returning yet again to lend their talent. Seth Green, who plays the famous pilot Joker, is back again at the helm. Raphael Sbarge returns as well, voicing Kaiden Alenko. This is all great news, and more details will surely be coming soon.
