Portal: Prelude Adds 19 Levels And A New Story Line
Portal is like the game that keeps on giving. At first it just seemed like a simple little game that I got for free in my Orange Box, but it turned out to be my favorite game in there. While the original game itself provided several hours of fun, I can’t even remember the number of custom levels I’ve downloaded from other people. I don’t usually report every time a new one is made available, but Portal: Prelude is definitely worth mentioning.
This collection of 19 new levels was created by a single student in his free time, which is quite a feat. Unlike other custom levels, this one has something of a storyline. Sure, it’s not official by any means, but it’s interesting to see someone else’s take on the Portal back story. If you’ve already got portal, you can download these new custom levels here.
