GoldenEye 007 – Enemies In The Roster

Back in the good old days of the Nintendo 64, GoldenEye was king, and as everyone knows, if you picked Oddjob you were labeled a cheater. Activision has picked up this gamer gimmick, and has ran with it.  To anyone who pre-orders their copy of GoldenEye 007 for the Wii, you can snag your very own t-shirt complete with a bowler hat and the word “cheater” imprinted on it.

I am sure these debates will scurry on with Activision’s revisioning of Goldeneye 007 when it hits stores this November. The remake pays homage to its predecessor, as it keeps the classic gameplay at the front line. Something else that hasn’t changed is the fact that there are numerous Bond villains to choose as playable characters in multiplayer.

This version of GoldenEye will have numerous selectable characters for multiplayer, including characters from the original Bond storyline to classic characters appearing in past Bond movies as well. The characters will have their own strengths and weaknesses, and players will be able to find a character that fits their own unique play style.

Below is a trailer that shows some of the Bond villains that players can select in the new GoldenEye 007 for the Wii. I absolutely cannot wait to re-live the old days while wearing my spiffy Oddjob cheater shirt.
