Halo: Reach Campaign Matchmaking Coming Next Month

Bungie filled us in as of late that matchmaking for Halo: Reach’s campaign will start early next month. The reason why players haven’t seen it yet is because Bungie doesn’t want the story spoiled within the first mission players take part in.

In a couple of weeks Bungie presumes that enough time will have passed by so that the matchmaking campaign feature can be implemented. The update will come with new Forge maps as well as more game types.

No specific dates have been given, but Bungie is saying that the update will be here in “early October”. Bungie also suggests that players finish the campaign on their own by this time to ensure no spoilers will be had.
