Mindjack Is A Shooter From Square Enix? And It Has Been Delayed?
So apparently Square Enix has been on to more projects than we can shake a stick at. Not too long ago Square announced that it would be making a sci-fi shooter called Gun Loco, and now we stumble upon this information.
Square Enix originally had a “telepathic shooter” lined up for later this Fall called Mindjack, which they are now delaying until 2011. The game supposedly blends co-op, competitive, and single player action all into one experience. Players can control NPCs, machines, and even gorillas in this confusing endeavor of a title.
Feelplus, responsible for Infinite Undiscovery and somewhat partially responsible for Lost Odyssey and Ninety-Nine Nights II, is the developer behind this new game which will be shown next week at Tokyo Game Show. Hopefully then we will receive more information about the game that will get us out of the confusion clustered around the game’s mechanics and gameplay.
