Tron: Evolution Soundtrack Showcases Daft Punk With Original Score
The super-awesome French space robots, Daft Punk, were recruited to compose and produce an entire original score for the upcoming Tron: Legacy movie, as you must already know. During a panel at the recent New York Comic Convention this weekend, the PR manager from Disney Interactive – Eric Wein – confirmed that the same duo would be producing an original soundtrack for the upcoming video game, Tron: Evolution. Wein stated that, “We haven’t announced details for the soundtrack, we will soon. We can tell you that it will be a combination of the film’s soundtrack and some unique, original music.”
I have been a fan of Daft Punk for a very long time. I am looking forward to another couple of albums to add to my Daft Punk collection, and I imagine that their music will make playing the game, as well as seeing the movie that much more enjoyable.
