World of Warcraft’s Red Shirted Fan Becomes Immortal

The famous “Red Shirt Guy” from Blizzcon, who shot down the Blizzard panel with his amazing knowledge of World of Warcraft, has been immortalized into a non-player character in the newest expansion of the game.

You can see him up on the right – Wildhammer Fact Checker – sitting there in his red shirt of awesomeness.

Blizzard’s Lead Designer Alex Afrasiabi strolled through the WoW official forum and announced that this new addition is, in fact, real.

Congrats to you, Red Shirt Guy. You have achieved what so many only dream of. We applaud you.
