The Scariest, Yet Saddest Mario Video I Have Laid My Eyes On
I never thought I would see a video involving Mario that looks like a scene straight from Silent Hill, but there is a first time for everything. This video straight looks like something from Nintendo’s drug-induced nightmares.
The video is surely not for anyone without patience, or with faint-of-heart. From what I saw, I gathered that a character in the video is Miyamoto and Mario is trying to keep him happy (by drugging him). It’s all about the idea of how the Wii was supposed to be the next big step in the gaming industry, but according to the artist, has fell through the cracks, thus creating a nightmarish world for Miyamoto and his creations. The ending is pretty dramatic.
