Square Enix Trademarks Hitman: Absolution
A lot of rumors have been floating around that Hitman 5 will be announced this year at E3. An official confirmation of that is still up in the air, however, there has been some news regarding the Hitman franchise that could help support that theory.
Square Enix has just filed a trademark out for the title “Hitman: Absolution.” This could possibly be the title that we’re going to see for the next Hitman game, and this could be what we’ll see at E3. Of course, we’ll still be biting our tongues until then.
Hitman is a game series that sees a man whom we only know of as Agent 47. He is an assassin-for-hire who bares his own share of skeletons in the closet. If this rumor is true then we could very well be seeing another title in the series. For fans out there, what would you like to see with a new Hitman title?
