F.E.A.R. 3’s New Co-Op Trailer Creeps Us Out All Over Again
The latest trailer for F.E.A.R. 3 is entitled the “Contractions,” and it shows us a bit more of the co-op gameplay that we will be seeing when the game releases next month. The last trailer showed us a new multiplayer mode, and was creepy enough. Now we are subject to this, and we’re creeped out all over again.
In the trailer we see a new co-op multiplayer mode, that is very reminiscent of the survival type modes in other FPS games. Four players must band together to fend off against waves of enemies, or “Alma’s Contractions” as they’re called, all while they wait for extraction from the battlefield. It honestly look like F.E.A.R.’s take on the zombies mode in Call of Duty.
The enemies get harder with every wave, and the ammo gets more scarce. Even though the game continues to get more and more creepy with every trailer, it still looks like a lot of fun. Look for it when it hits shelves on June 21st.
