Galaga Legions DX Comes To Xbox Live Arcade, Reigniting With Style
One game that’s had the longest-running fan base is easily, Galaga. Gamers young and old across the globe either know what the game is, or are veterans at blasting aliens away for glory. Last November Namco Bandai announced a reboot of the Galaga series, and we’ve finally gotten some gameplay and details on the game.
Entitled “Galaga Legions DX,” the game will feature high-lit neon lights and a bazillion more aliens. The game is the latest in Namco Bandai’s “Namco Generations’ series of classic title updates. It will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade on June 29th, and you can pick it up for 800 Microsoft Points.A PSN edition of the game is coming, though it is still listed as TBD.
You can see the trailer for the game below, but I warn you. The trailer literally blew me away with its sheer colorful explosions. Honestly, Galaga Legions DX is a new spin on a classic title, and it looks to be a lot of fun. What do you think?
