A Game of Thrones – Genesis Introduces New Screenshots

Cyanide is back with their newest PC title, A Game of Thrones – Genesis. The new strategy game is moving along swiftly, and the developers bring us a batch of new screenshots depicting its progress.

A Game of Thrones – Genesis is an adaptation of “A Song of Ice and Fire” by George RR Martin, a novel which depicts the elements of war. Players will have the opportunity to discover more about the Targaryen army is under siege, the brothers from the Night’s Watch on patrol near Castle Black, and the Tyrell forces leaving Highgarden. All of this occurring, of course, under the watchful eye of the new King sitting upon the Iron Throne.

The game is a strategy RPG, with players being able to tackle a single-player campaign or take their game online in up to 8-player battles. In this new title, victory does not necessarily result from brute force. You can choose to use a military approach and besiege your opponents, strangle them in an economical war, or even use dirty tricks and diplomacy to politically crush them. A Game of Thrones – Genesis will arrive for the PC later this summer.
