A New Kombatant Emerges, Thy Name Is Rain

It looks like Rain, a former citizen of Edenia, will be joining the ranks of the new Mortal Kombat title in its newest piece of DLC. He will be available on July 19th as a downloadable character.

Rain originally appeared on the Mortal Kombat scene in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, proving his stance as half god, half torrential downpour. He uses his element to his advantage, trapping enemies in balls of water and teeming lightning bolts down upon any who oppose him.
