Xbox 360 Slim Shiny No More

Companies have always condensed or done away with product features to save money, and it’s no surprise that Microsoft Is doing just that.

One of my favorite things about the Xbox 360 Slim 250GB was its shiny exterior. I found it to be an understated elegance of sorts, flashy but not gaudy. Although I must say that its matte finish 4GB looked rather spiffy as well.

From the looks of things that understated elegance will be a thing of the past. Microsoft will be discontinuing the glossy finish of the 250GB in the not too distant future. A sad thing in my opinion, though it never weighed any of my options to purchase one. How about you?
