Warp Trailer Shows Off Some New Abilities
It’s always interesting to start into a game with certain expectations, and be completely blown away by how different the game actually is. Take Warp for instance, you are a cute little orange alien creature with warp powers, who merely wants to escape an underwater military facility, but have to evade the scientists and security guards. You would think the whole point of the game would be to sneak around and avoid being caught, but you are actually supposed to kill everything in a horrifying way. Well, you do sneak around a little bit…before you massacre everything living around you.
Can we say Happy Tree Friends? You do kind of have to feel for the little guy, seeing as he only has a lifetime of experiments ahead of him if he doesn’t get out alive. Although, setting off bombs to kill a room full of people, making the guards shoot each other, using laser security systems to disintegrate military personnel and so much more does seem a bit much.
Anywho, take a gander at these new abilities that will make you into a better killing machine. The Echo and Swap abilities will let you create a duplicate of yourself that can go through walls and cause a little havoc, and change places with an object of equal weight. We’ll see this game hit the shelves sometime this winter, so have fun with all that death and destruction!
