New Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Trailer Gets Serious
Earlier we shed some light on a Transformers: Fall of Cybertron teaser that was supposed to lead to an even bigger trailer to be shown at the Spike TV Video Game Awards. Well, the awards were this past weekend and the new cinematic trailer made its appearance in full force. It’s got everything you want to see with a Transformers game, and it blows even Michael Bay out of the water.
From the start the trailer hooks us. A great song intros the video and we see Optimus Prime walking sullenly with Bumblebee in his arms. Punches are thrown, metal smashes against metal, and the world around you seems to melt away. With a panoramic sort of view, we see the world of Cybertron in its fall, which brings the whole plot of the game together.
War for Cybertron was an amazing game. I’ve been a Transformers fan (Autobots FTW) since I could walk, and these games are the ones we are meant to play. I can’t wait to see more on Fall of Cybertron, and I have a hard time believing that this game will disappoint any of us.
