StarCraft II On Sale For $39.99 For One Week Only!

If you’ve been holding off on buying StarCraft II, now might be a good time to pick it up! Blizzard announced earlier today that they will be selling StarCraft II for 33% off retail price, bringing the price from $59.99 to $39.99. It appears according to their short press statement that the reason why they’re having the deal in the first place is because of the upcoming StarCraft World Championship Series North American Finals this weekend.

Don’t wait too long, however, as this deal will end on June 13th. That only gives you a solid week to decide if you want to fully immerse yourself into the RTS-goodness that is StarCraft II. Luckily, if you want to try it out first, Blizzard does offer a StarCraft II Starter Edition where you’ll be able to play a couple of missions. That should help you make your decision as to whether or not you want to buy the game!

The copy being sold through Blizzard is a digital copy only. However, in this day and age it’s not that big of a deal, as I’m not aware of any games made in the last 5 years that require a disc in the drive to run. So with that being said, let’s go hunt us some zerg!
