Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Gets A New Set Of Trailers [E3 2013]

Fans of Assassin’s Creed won’t be surprised to hear that Ubisoft released two new trailers relating to their newest installment to the series, Black Flag.  Shown at the conference were a new cinematic and gameplay trailer, the former being another demonstration of Edward’s general bad-ass-ness against the British, and the latter demonstrating a bit more practical gameplay.

The gameplay trailer gives players a taste of the different locations that they can expect to play in in the new game, showing hints of exotic, interesting architecture that was sorely missing in the previous installment of Assassin’s Creed.   The locations were quickly followed by a few shots of naval battles, confirming that the best part of Assassin’s Creed III would definitely be returning to the franchise.  With these two factors, it’s looking like Black Flag is pretty promising.  Check out the trailers below and form your own opinion!

The game will come out for Xbox 360, PC, PS3, and WiiU on October 29th.  It has been confirmed that it will also be released for the PS4 and Xbox One, but no release date for those platforms yet.
