To say that Aliens: Colonial Marines has been a disaster would be a grave understatement. Metacritic currently has the game sitting at a 42/100, with user scores at just 3.8/10. What’s interesting is that one of the biggest complaints seems to be that the game simply doesn’t live up to what was shown in the demos.

Things have not gone well for Gas Powered Games lately. Earlier this week the company had canceled its Kickstarter for a game called Wildman. Despite the fact that the game had 4 more full days to raise money, it was only about half way to its lofty 1.1 million dollar goal. Needless to say, it didn’t look too likely that it was going to meet that goal....
